Safety Management

Our goal is a safety program that works. Most importantly, to accomplish this by protecting our valuable employees well being.

Working at heights and hoisting with big cranes are hazardous tasks. We understand and respect this, and also take safety very seriously.

We have a full time safety staff and a written safety policy and manual. All employees are fully trained and safety meetings are scheduled as are weekly toolbox talks and quarterly training meetings. As a result, our workers compensation rates are among the lowest in our occupational classes.
